so, 2007 is upon us, and as i alluded to in earlier posts, things seem to be slowly getting better. school starts on monday, and i have a smidgen of an idea of what to expect. we'll see how it goes though.

birthday was fun. haven't celebrated in a few years, so it was nice to spend some time with friends this year. and of course, getting presents is always a bonus. haha. good times were had. getting older sucks though. i remember when i got crotchety cause i turned 20; that seemed so old at the time. now i'm twenty-freaking-five. a quarter of a frickin century. now that seems old. 25 years, and absolutely nothing of note. well, here's hoping this year isn't nearly as shitty as the first 24.

oh, and art of war was ok. kinda disappointed by it actually. it was...i dunno, very simplistic, but with a deeper meaning if you think about it. it didn't really tell me much i didn't already know. next up is machiavelli i suppose.
