screw-up

well, the work's starting to pile up. i now have 6 assignments/projects due around the end of the month:
  • a product monograph
  • an information interview report
  • a (group) presentation on combination device biologics, whatever those are
  • a din submission (licensing a product for sale in canada)
  • a process validation protocol
  • a biologics submission
i'm screwed. this whole month is gonna be nothing but work and more work. oh ya, and can't forget about the coop part. if i don't get this ottawa position, i gotta prepare for more interviews and submit more applications. ahh, this is the life....

ever answered a question the worst possible way during an interview? during my phone interview for the ottawa position last week, i was asked how i would deal with someone from a diverse background (religion, ethnicity, etc.) without offending them or something along those lines. not expecting this question, i scrambled to think of an answer and i accidentally said, "i don't respect other people's beliefs." obviously i told the interviewer that wasn't what i had meant to say. i had meant to say "even if i don't agree with other people's beliefs, i would still respect them." i think she understood we were nervous. hopefully.

but damn...
